WHAT IS A CHECK MEASURE?
Once your cabinets are installed, we need to come out for a "Check Measure". This is where we come out and take digital measurements of your areas requiring stone (benchtops, splashbacks). This digital file is then programmed by our CAD CAM Operator in the office, and sent to the CNC Saw to cut your job perfectly.
If you know the date of your cabinet installation, you can book your Check Measure now. Call us on 03 9012 5423 or
1300 396 577 to book, or book through our website on the "Book Now" tab from one of the three daily available timeslots of 8am-9am; 11am-1am; or 1-2pm.
We request that either yourself or someone with the authority to make decisions on your behalf be present for the entirely of our Check Measure visit. Please make sure of the following for your check measure appointment:
To have paid the progress payment amount stated on your contract/invoice (Please send copy of the receipt to us as soon as possible).
Installed Cabinetry is secured and in final position. Installed Cabinetry is level.
To confirm the colour and edge profile to the templater. If different from the contract/invoice please let us know in advance.
To have All sinks, basins, hotplates and any other cut-outs ONSITE prior to our arrival.
Make sure all existing temporary benchtops, sinks and hotplates are removed prior to our arrival.
If you are getting splashbacks measured, please ensure that all power points are disconnected/terminated and taped off prior to splashback installation.
We are not licensed to disconnect/reconnect any electrical or plumbing related items.
Please note: if we cannot perform the check measure because the cabinets, floors, walls, etc are not ready, you will be charged a call out fee for a second visit.
If you need to cancel your check measure, please contact us 24 hours beforehand to avoid a call out fee. Let us know ASAP if your job cannot be measured for whatever reason.
